Spiritual Psychotherapy

Spiritual Psychotherapy reveals the basic rule that how you relate to yourself is how you relate to others.  Therefore, how others are relating to you and how you feel about it, offers a good reflection of how you really are relating to yourself.

In Spiritual Psychotherapy we engage a self-reflective process that recognizes that everything is an opportunity to see yourself more clearly.  In all life’s troubling circumstances and difficult moments there is an opportunity to open to your awareness and gain the potential to make conscious choices rather than relying on your habitual responses.

In Spiritual Psychotherapy, we work with the paradoxical relationship of Spirit and Soul.  Spirit wants us to transcend, trust, and to find the place in us where we can allow life to BE what it is.  Soul needs from us our self-love, our acceptance of our limitations, and our strength to stand on our own two feet and claim our right to be authentic and true to ourselves.

If you have been feeling:

¨       Overwhelmed

¨       Depressed

¨       Anxious

¨       Stuck, a sense of not moving forward

¨       Tired of old patterns

¨       Insecure

¨       Grief

¨       A lack of meaning or direction in life

Therapy may offer you a solution to work through this phase of your life.

In a safe, accepting and compassionate space, Heart Centred Therapy utilizes present centred awareness and deep listening to guide you deep in your experience and assists you in expressing your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. Through various techniques such as gestalt dialoguing, inner/outer energetic release, inner child work, guided visualization, and artwork you can explore the conflicts and repeating patterns in your life and learn to accept the fullness of yourself.

Heart Centred Therapy offers a path to feeling whole, authentic, and engaged in an energy that is ever present if we just open to it.
